Rain in the city

I thought I'd smash Saturday and Sunday together. So there was a rain storm and on Saturday it was the worst. But the best thing about Melbourne compared with Cairns is that it's just a short shed of rain here, then only some clouds for a while, then it can come againâ So underneath we tried to visit the Fitzroy area but did not get that far because now the pole rained it. Entered Ikea and showed Summer around, she had never heard of it befoređ We had lunch at a cozy little cafe and walk around a little into a small street.Â

Found these cool graffiti paintingsđ Will definitely be back to Fitzroy area one day without rain!Â

None of us wanted to wait for the tram and now there was sun so suddenly so we walked about 1h from Fitzroy back to centralđ Now we decided to go to the Royal Botanic Garden as we heard should be very nice! Did a detour here because it looked awesome.Â

This was a memory of all those who served in the war during the First and Second World Wars. Nice to see but still got a lump in the stomach, it's terrible but fine that they make a tribute and a memory to those who struggledÂ

On the top of the picture you see rain raining and the lower image came back after about 5minÂ

Nice view of the city! đÂ

Then finally to the Royal Botanic Garden! Went long walk around around, super cozy! Now on to a German bar that the boys had googled up! We went in rain, storm wind and sun but we arrivedđ đÂ

Got a nice sunset

Took a beer and that kind of bred on the top pictuređ» Good to eat together with the beer actually, salty! đ Home, change and eat dinner late on some drinks! đčÂ

Best Summerâ€

The right picture was bar No. 2 which is a cool rooftop barđ A really good evening but everyone was pretty tired from yesterday so did not get out for so long. Guess how many steps we went throughout the day?!! 35 000 steps!!
It's more steps than my hike in New Zealandđ Told you that you go so much here but it's nice! The next day, Sunday, I went up with the gang to have breakfast and say goodbye, sadly, that they will get back to the plug now but am so glad I met them†My day continued in calm style! Went to a cozy street, Degraves street. Had so nice restaurants and cafes along the street!Â

Went past this violinist who played such wonderful music! And did a good remix on famous pop songsđÂ

Ate a good and fresh pulled lamb burgerđđ So good with feta cheese! Are you in Melbourne trying this place, super nice staff too!Â

Then moved on to actually go to the Free Art Gallery but ended up on Sunday market, cozy to check around! đÂ

Also went to Queen Victoria Market as we were on the first day and today I bought fruit for about 6dollars!!! Absolutely crazy cheap, there were so many people who were there too because it was at the end of the market of the day salesÂ

My good dinner for about 5 dollars!! Pasta pesto with carrots fried in onion topped with avocado. For dessert it became fruit saladđđđ
