Whitsundays Part 2

This morning started at 6:30 am as we woke up for the captain unloaded anchor and headed for Whitehaven beach. We will then be woken around 08 for breakfast! 

Simple milk + Flakes with fruit salad for breakfast👍 Then just get ready to go in with the rubber boat towards Whitehaven beach, what we longed for!

In front of the descent beach, ready to walk 15min to the lookout point😍 But immediately when we get up, it will be disappointing ..... High water?!! And you see no sand islands but just dark water?! What is this.... We payed to see this: 

But we got this.... 

Had long been waiting to be here and we both became sad. The reality behind all the amazing paradise images We go to the other lookout... Trying to both think positive and after a while you can actually see that the high tide begins to pull out and you see contours! 

So we got some nice pictures to end🌟

After a lot of nice pictures on the beach, it was time to swim! So on with the wetsuits and now the rain also came. Then we ran as a child and jumped in the water😃 

After swimming and pouring rain, it was back to the boat for lunch! 😜 

And now it was a snorkeling place! Bad sight and cloudy but cool anyway! Then at snorkeling place nr two, I saw.... You'll have a look at the next post😉 Coming a snorkeling post from Whitsundays!🐚 Then we got very good dinner with rice, some meat wok, coleslaw and garlic bread! A little nice sunset was at least! 🌅 

Sat after dinner very long with the max on a bathing bridge. Saw lots of small fish and suddenly comes what people first think is a shark but I asked no it's a big fish, no they still thought shark... But it was a big fish we saw that was chasing food, he was fast fast!!🐟 And later we Did see two dolphins!!!!! A mom and a baby! Who swam around the boat and said hi !! So fucking awesome animals and everyone got to it! I just enjoyed loving dolphins. Then when we saw them one last time, they came really close to the boat to take air and say goodbye for then we did not see them anymore🐬 A nice evening🌟 The next day there was breakfast and the last snorkeling stop, here many chose to stay on the boat and skip the snorkeling. But not me no😆 Once again I found something really awesome and great this time! But will also come in the next post!😜

Then a little more help was needed on the final lamp So, basically, we are quite happy with this sailing, it was an experience but perhaps did not become the highlight we had hoped for. 

The positive is that underwater life was still as cool despite cloudy and rain! 😉 Look out for the next post for snorkeling images🐬🐟🐠🐚
