Yesterday Wednesday (7/3) we checked out from our lovely apartment and walked to get our Campervan promenad

We have hired it for 25 days and when we pick it up, he tells us who works there that we have hired the car at the wrong time .... For it is apparently a rainfall here and a storm of rain is coming. In fact, as much as Sweden gets in 1 year, we will now have 3 days!! ☔ We are rolling over our plans for a coffee at the Swedish Café in Cairns Really nice and nice Swedish staff too💖

So instead of going along the coast that was the plan, we start going into the country to more waterfalls, rainforests and national parks First stop Byrron Falls and what waterfall! So incredibly awesome and powerful to look at! Quick to go here too, 5 min from the parking lot

Then the time had passed around 17:00 and we decided to find a campsite, easier said than done Had googled up a place and ended up leaving for about 30 minutes into a national park on a bumpy gravel road When we finally arrive, tired, hungry, it says that you have to pay to stand here but without coverage, in the middle of nowhere we're chasing no one coming and giving us a fine! 😆 Begin to make dinner get dark very fast and then begin to pour down..

Quiet cozy anyway😍 After trying to fix all the packing in the rain, jumped to the toan and then back in the dark. Then we see a worm lying on the road about 2m from where we are at that time !! 😱🐍 Both run back to the house with the toilets, what should we do now? Hahah but we see that it moves towards that side of the road we are on so we wait for it and then run past😂 The adventure begins immediately and it just goes on. 06:17 we wake up and it has been raining all night and just goes on. We pack our things fast and start going out on the big road again so as not to be trapped here so the rain can create rags that cover the roads.

You see, we're lucky we went early Had to go out on the bridge and check the deep before we left! Well on the way we come to .... Shit we forgot the saucepan and the gasol plate on the roof last night .... The cast roll remains and we return almost the whole bit before we find the gasol plate on the way

Then this day only goes better👍 We've got tips on a place where you could sample how much coffee, chocolate and tea you wanted!😍

For 14 dollors we tested a lot of coffee / tea and a lot of chocolate!

Incredibly cozy place and we spent a total of 4h here💖

It was a lot bigger area than you imagined!

Quick facts about coffee👍

All the coffee varieties and even the alcohol liqueurs you could pour in their coffee☕

Also had a coffee museum, which was very cool to see all the old brewers and read about the story!

We just loved being here, clean the dream for all coffee lovers! So cozy to just walk around, take some coffee, sit down and just enjoy the rain east downstairs😍❤ (Mum you had LOVED this place)

After lots of tasting, my favorite Luciana coffee and Espresso dark chocolate😜 Finished out tour to check out their little shop😍

Then went for looking on one campsite of the night🏕 Granite Gorge nature park! We had heard that you could feed Wallabys here, which is mini kangaroos. But when we arrive there are all kinds of animals here! Peacocks, parrots, lizards, ducks, horses, guinea pigs, worms, hens like and several wallabys that ran around!

Here we pay for us 30 dollars👌 Then we will greet all the animals, electricity to our van, etc. Cozy little place and still as much rain😅

One of those who worked there stood with a parrot on the arm asking if we want to try to keep it, of course I say yes! 😃

And after that, it became just more .... 😂 Then he asks if I want to keep one of the lizards and after that the bigger lizard etc...

So awesome that I'm standing here and holding these animals, felt like a little baby to take care of😍 Sand Monitor lizard on top images And blue tongued lizard (really blue tongue too!) On the lower picture. Ends with I'm holding the Python snake(Dad and Pernilla check away now) I've said before, I'll never keep a worm because they're so scary with their heads and when they're waving

He in the picture is he who seemed to be an animal attendant and asked if I wanted to hold in all these animals😃

But after just 1sec holding it, my view completely changes. It's such a cool life that lies in my hands, can feel every muscle it uses to explore who I am. Wow it was such a cool experience to keep in all these animals😍🐍

Even fed some Wallabys! An eventful but very good day🌟
